Who can use DashMed®? 

DashMed® is appropriate for adult patients above the age of 18, who are not pregnant. We are currently providing services in Massachusetts and Texas, but are expanding rapidly. 

 

How do I get my prescriptions? 

Prescription medication will be mailed directly to you from our affiliated pharmacy. 

 

Do the monthly costs include medication? 

Yes! DashMed® charges for treatments on a monthly basis which includes medication costs and virtual consultations with our experienced providers.  

 

Can I use my medical insurance for the DashMed® monthly payments?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accept insurance for our services. But in most cases, we can accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
